How does it work?

understanding of your family’s needs and wants.

We receive new listings and price changes throughout each day and use these to find homes in the area
that match your profile and forward detailed listings for your review.

 Where possible, we will pre-inspect any home you are interested in, to save you time.

When you want to see a property, we will make the arrangements according
to your schedule and we will inspect the home together.

You need to know absolutely everything about the property you are buying.
We will advise you of both the positive and negative aspects of each home and neighbourhood.
This is our duty as your Buyer’s Agent.

Prior to placing an offer, we will double check to ensure that both
the property and neighbourhood match your Lifestyle Profile.

While you may be in love with a particular home, we remain emotionally unattached,
allowing us to make an unbiased judgement of how well the home meets your needs.
