Most of my clients' homes are pretty unique - and so is my approach to selling them.

First, I focus on identifying all the special features and amenities of your property.

From construction techniques and materials to minute details such as moldings and trim and hardware, I create a detailed inventory of all the little "extra's" and features in your home or cottage.

This list of features, amenities and upgrades can add a great deal of value.

Value that is usually overlooked by agents less experienced with higher priced properties.

Next, we translate these features of your home into benefits for potential buyers.

Then, when it comes time for a buyer to make an offer and assess whether your asking price is reasonable, they understand not only the value of your home but the benefits of ownership.

This process helps achieve not only the highest possible selling price but also makes your
property stand out from your competition.

What does that mean?

If an agent lists your home for sale on the PKAR MLS system, it will get exposed to about 400 PKAR agents and their buyer clients.

On the other hand, my company, Right at Home Realty, has 4,000 agents in Southern Ontario.

That's 10 times the number of agents in all of Peterborough and the Kawarthas.

And because I am a member of TREB - the Toronto Real Estate Board- as well as PKAR, when I put your listing on MLS it gets exposed to over 50,000 agents - and their potential buyers.

The bonus - statistically, buyers from the GTA pay more for properties than buyers using local agents.

So it just doesn't make sense to miss out on ONE THIRD of the buyers and 49,600 agents from the GTA.
