It's true homes are selling fairly quickly and there is a big shortage of available listings.

And, prices are up.

So is it the right time to sell? Or buy?

You'll see a lot of agents telling you "now is the BEST time to sell"... so it must be... but is it?

It might be - but it depends on where you're going and what your plans are.

The best time to sell is when it's right for you and your family.

You can never choose the best time to sell or the best time to buy because we can't predict the future.

If you're downsizing it might be a good choice to list and sell right now.

In the longer term, prices will keep going up so now might also be a good time to move up.

If you can find something you love, that is.


With all the uncertaintly, what you can do is be informed and knowledgeable about the market.

And that's where I can help.
